WHAT IS IT?
This is a model of the edge effects for frogs in Caqueta
HOW IT WORKS
The patches have temperature, humidity and canopy data, the turtles have certain minimums and maximums for each of the three conditions, if they are not met the turtle starts dying
HOW TO USE IT
adjust the sliders to the desired values, click set up and then go
THINGS TO NOTICE
Depending on the chosen initial variables some frogs will go to habitats that arent theirs, this is do to the edge effect
